It is known that water-soluble thin films are made of water-soluble polymer materials which can be dissolved in water rapidly, and are made of special film forming process. They are water soluble and novel green packaging materials. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) has the characteristics of good compactness, high crystallinity and strong adhesion. Besides the water solubility, the film made of PVA is not only flexible, smooth and non charged, but also resistant to oil and solvent, wear resistance and gas permeability. PVA film is a product with high technology content and high added value. No matter it is raw material selection, processing or consumption process, it does not or does not release toxic or harmful substances, which is conducive to environmental protection and green consumption. It belongs to environmentally friendly products.

Li Shaoxiang told reporters, water soluble PVA film has received wide attention in the developed countries in the world, Japan, the United States, France has mass production and sales of such products, such as the U.S. W.T.P company, C.C.LP company, GRENSOL company in France and Japan, Coca Cola company and synthetic chemistry etc.. And its main market is also abroad. India is a country of embroidery, water soluble film demand concentrated in the embroidery industry in Europe and the United States; the water soluble film demand mainly in the packaging machine for packaging, isolation, release film and other industries, the market is more mature, especially the hospital laundry bags, packaging bags, chemicals and pesticides, pet feces bag "coated" larger amount; application of foam products and small appliances packaging bag protection still belongs to the promotion period, but the outlook is excellent. In the next few years, the annual growth rate of PVA film in the world is 8% ~ 10%. Therefore, the whole water soluble packaging film market is very huge.
